Better than expected.

I do like the Broken Heart necklace, but was disappointed with the actual look of it. I was under the impression that it was a solid 3-D heart, and it’s not. Bummer for me! I bought this necklace to help me with my broken heart, from losing my oldest daughter, 33, to leukemia.

This piece is good quality. It is kind of large and heavy but it looks great wearing it and I don't think it would work of it was smaller. I can wear it casual or formal. It works with all different types and styles of chains. Received many compliments so far. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend to all if they're interested. Worth the purchase.

I reached out to customer service saying that the tracking indicates that the package has been stuck since January 11th.I checked again today I know status change! Can't get customer service to help then I get solicited for a review. Maybe somebody can resend or check on the shipment?
