OPIUM ROOM COASTER/COCKTAIL NAPKIN TRAY (1940'S HOLLYWOOD)

Description

The infamous "Opium Room" was a Chinatown club in the 1930's and 40's where movie stars and the public alike came to see the famous Dragon Sisters perform.  As the sign said - "The wildest show in Chinatown! Everything you've heard about it is true!"
The underside reads: "Many of the nightclubs and bars of Hollywood's Golden Era are forgotten pages in history now, but back in the day they were some of the most talked about watering holes in America.  Movie stars like Jean Harlow and Humphrey Bogart stood should to shoulder with notorious gangsters like Bugsy Siegel and Mickey Cohen at these swanky establishments.  In memory of these long vanished places, Trixie & Milo present our "Hollywood" trays, each one decorated with a vintage cocktail napkin design from the golden age of Hollywood in the 1940's & 50's."

  • 6" x 6" heavy porcelain tray.
  • Food safe and dishwasher/microwave safe.
  • Vintage artwork fired into the ceramic (will never come off!).
